MEMBERSHIP TERMS
1. Membership Options
Daily Membership | $79/month
Includes up to 1 hour of Outdoor Range use every day, unlimited use of the Short Game Area, free member contests, and access to the Short Game Rewards program.
Unlimited Membership | $129/month
Includes unlimited Outdoor Range use, unlimited use of the Short Game Area, free member contests, and access to the Short Game Rewards program.
2. FAMILY ADD-ON
Family Add-On | $20/month
The Family Add-On may be added to either membership and allows up to 4 family members to use the membership.
Family members must share the same outdoor bay when using the membership. The Family Add-On does not provide multiple bays or simultaneous use of separate bays.
3. Membership Use
• Membership benefits apply to the registered member and, when applicable, registered family members included under a Family Add-On.
• Memberships may not be shared with individuals who are not registered under the membership.
• Outdoor Range access is subject to bay availability.
• Memberships do not include Indoor Simulator use unless specifically stated as part of a separate promotion or offer.
4. Billing & Renewal
• Memberships are billed monthly and automatically renew each month until canceled.
• Membership fees are charged to the payment method on file.
• Members are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method for recurring membership charges.
• Membership pricing and benefits are subject to change. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
5. Cancellation
• Memberships may be canceled at any time before the next renewal date.
• Membership access remains active through the end of the current paid billing period.
• Membership fees are non-refundable, and no prorated refunds will be provided for partially used billing periods.
6. Membership Changes
• Members may upgrade or modify their membership at any time.
• Any applicable pricing changes will take effect according to the terms presented at the time of the change.
• Family Add-Ons may be added or removed from an existing membership.
7. Facility Rules
• Members and family members must follow all Short Game facility rules and staff instructions.
• Memberships may not be shared with individuals who are not registered under the membership.
• Misuse of a membership, including unauthorized sharing, may result in suspension or cancellation of membership privileges.
• Short Game reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership privileges for inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.
8. General Conditions
• Membership benefits, contests, rewards, hours, and availability are subject to change.
• Short Game reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, policies, or terms with appropriate notice to members.
• Membership benefits have no cash value and may not be transferred or resold.
• By purchasing or renewing a Short Game membership, the member agrees to these Membership Terms & Conditions and the Short Game Facility Waiver & Release.

FACILITY WAIVER & RELEASE
I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions as a condition of participating in any activities or using any facilities or equipment at Short Game LLC (the "Facility"):**

Assumption of Risk:
I understand that golf is a physical activity that involves inherent risks of injury, damage, or loss to persons, property, or equipment. I assume full responsibility for any such risks and waive any and all claims against Short Game LLC, its owners, employees, agents, or affiliates (the "Releasees") arising from or related to my participation or use of the Facility. -
Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) resulting from any injury, damage, or loss caused by me or my equipment to any person, property, or equipment at the Facility, whether due to negligence, intoxication, or otherwise. -
Compliance:
I agree to follow all rules, regulations, and instructions of Short Game LLC and the Releasees, and to use the facilities and equipment in a safe and proper manner. I understand that the Releasees reserve the right to refuse or terminate my participation or use of the Facility at any time for any reason, without refund or compensation. -
Fitness Certification:
I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent me from participating or using the services provided at Short Game LLC. I agree to inform the Releasees of any changes in my health or medical condition that may affect my ability or safety at Short Game LLC. -
Consent to Use of Likeness:
I consent to the use of my name, image, likeness, or voice by the Releasees for any promotional or marketing purposes, without compensation or further notice. -
Acknowledgement of Legal Contract:
I acknowledge that this waiver is a legal contract and that by signing it, I am giving up certain rights and remedies that I may otherwise have. I have read and understood this waiver, and I sign it voluntarily and of my own free will. -
Validity:
I agree that this waiver is valid indefinitely and that it will apply to any future visits or use of Short Game LLC services unless I revoke it in writing.
